Registration
Non-English Speakers

Before registering with the practice you must complete a BSO registration form and a new patient questionnaire.  These forms are available from reception.

After your registration has been accepted you will be asked to attend for a new patient medical with one of the GP partners.

The practice is located in purpose built premises on the corner of the Ballynahinch Road and Hillsborough Road. The car park, which is shared with the pharmacy, is accessed from the Hillsborough Road. The practice area is approximately within a 5 mile radius of the surgery. The practice premises have access and facilities for all disabled persons.
